"Orewa Beach Rocks"
Biography: I am a New Zealand based photographer with a passion for the ocean. This began during my childhood in Ogmore by Sea in South Wales where I began to take photographs of the powerful waves crashing on the rocks. Now, in New Zealand, I am surrounded by an incredible ocean environment that provides a magnificent setting for much of my work. To create the style and feeling in my work I make use of the exquisite light available in the early morning and late in the day. I combine this with very long exposures that allow the capture of the variations in light and form during the passing of this time.
