Copyrights of the photograph remains with the photographer at all times.

Entrants agree to grant Black & White Spider Awards permission to use the work for promotional purposes in any of its printed or digital publications (including the Journal, book|BASIL, PHOTO Paper, or other Calendar, Yearbook or Catalog) or on the website and other electronic media, or at exhibition or trade show, or other marketing materials for a period of four years from the Nominations & Winners PhotoShow, without further permission or remuneration.

Entrants also understand the work may be published in 3rd-party publications including newspapers, magazines and periodicals, solely for the purpose of promoting the work, the photographer, and the Black & White Spider Awards.

Photographer's name will be listed with the photograph.
