Biography: Anna Kadykova was born in 1984 in Moscow, Russia. She graduated from the Russian State University for the Humanities and worked as an assistant of the famous Russian animation director Ivan Maximov. In 2012, she graduated from SHAR school-studio as an animation director. Her first animation film The Mole at the Sea was warmly remarked by critics and selected by international film festivals including Berlinale, Stuttgart Film Festival & DC Shorts.
