"Israeli Snowplow"

I took this photo in December of 2013 while on my gap year in Israel. Jerusalem had experienced its worst snow storm in decades, and they didn't have any snowplows. (It is the Middle East, after all!) So to try and melt the snow, soldiers drove tanks in the snowy streets.
