Madhavi Swarup
India Honorable Mention Architectural Amateur "Untitled (5)" An artist to the core, Madhavi Swarup found her passion in fine art photography. She holds a Masters� degree in literature, as also a �Visharad� in Kathak dance and music. Madhavi completed her formal training in photography from ICPP (NIFT) where she was conferred with the best students award. Thereafter, she worked under the guidance and support of the celebrated photographer S. Paul. Having held several group and solo shows since then, Madhavi Swarup received a special commendation from Christie�s International Art Director. Awarded with the Best Architectural Photographer by Kodak Calendar in 2004, Madhavi Swarup also specialises in portraiture photography. She has photographed celebrities and families and contributed several photo features to respectable magazines. She also spends time in conducting specialised photography workshops sin schools, colleges, and art institutions. Her work can be found in the Osian�s Auction House as well as several other private collections in India and abroad. |
