Biography: I'm an American photographic artist. After a somewhat solitary and local upbringing, I have traveled a lot and I use photography both as a literal chronicle of a sense of place and as a metaphor for an expanded awareness of greater possibility. I work in traditional genres of landscape, still life, street, portrait, and abstracts, but regardless of category, the images are expressions of curiosity about the precariousness of life's journey, the quest for a way forward, and my own deeply-sewn desire for order amidst uncertainty.
