USA Nominee Abstract Professional "Lyla Kebede, 110th Street" The Likeness Project is the re-examination of the celebrated faces I’ve photographed A 20 year veteran of the International Cinematographers Guild, and member of The Society of Motion Picture Still Photographers, Andrew Schwartz has served as the Unit Still-Photographer on more than 70 films. Nominated by the SOC in 2016 for Excellence in Unit Still Photography for Motion Pictures. His credits include Men In Black, School of Rock, Fatal Attraction, When Harry Met Sally, Desperately Seeking Susan, Wall Street and Working Girl. Widely published, most recently in "Hollywood Frame By Frame" by Karina Longworth, other publications include "The Celluloid Skyline, New York and the Movies" by James Sanders, "Men In Black, The Story Behind the Film" by Ed Solomon and the upcoming "50 Years of SMPSP, The Society of Motion Picture Still Photographers". Among many exhibitions, his work is on permanent collections at The Margret Herrick Gallery at The Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences. |
