Canada Nominee Architectural Amateur "RBC Towers" In Toronto Financial District Rachel Wei is a Vancouver-based fine art photographer with a background in fine arts and theatre lighting and stage design. She began her photographic practice working with film and spending time in the darkroom before stepping away from photography for a decade and later returning to it through digital photography. Rachel has an affinity for black and white photography and explores light, shadow, form, and space through architectural, minimalist, and landscape imagery, creating quiet compositions inspired by scenes that evoke emotion and wonder. |
