Greece Nominee Fine Art Amateur "they're marching" The picture was taken during the parade of the National Holiday celebrations (Το Όχι day) in Athens/Greece. Since 2016 I have been living in Athens/Greece. Athens is an interesting and photographically very challenging city. Previously I used to live in New Zealand for several years where its nature influenced my photography considerably. I have taken pictures all my life but in the past 7 years photography has become my main means of creative expression. I started shooting pictures with ICM (intentional camera movement) technique some years ago. Currently I am developing this approach further by shooting nature, cityscapes and portraits with this technique. Professionally I work as a hospice doctor with severely ill and dying people. |
