This photo is part of a body of work reflecting my childhood in the former GDR.
Biography: Fred Walter Uhlig is a german born photographer, artist and musician who lives and works in Switzerland. Parallel with is musical carrier he developed a unique artistic oeuvre especially in photography and historical printing technics. His main body of work contains photographic editions realized in the manual copper printing technic of heliogravure.
