Biography: Marek Lapis, born in 1968, lives near Poznan (Poland). Marek is a member of the Association of Polish Artist Photographers and the AFTERIMAGE Photographers Collective and also a scholarship holder of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. He specializes in documentary photography, reportage and widely understood social photography. His works have been published in most Polish magazines including Wprost, Polityka, Newsweek, Przekraj and in foreign media such as Time, Focus, The Sunday Telegraph, Reuters and Le Figaro.He lectures in Photography in the Wielkopolska School of Photography.
