Biography: Carla Vermeend is a Dutch photographer. She is nationally well known for her pictures in which she captures isolated fragments of life, with a sense of tenderness. For years, she spents every minute of her spare time photographing. She was educated at the School for Graphic Design and Fotoschool Statief. She attended workshops with well known photographers, she participated at a masterclass of BredaPhoto. She also gives workshops, lectures and organize exhibitions.
