Biography: Alison M. Jones is a conservation photographer who has documented sub-Sahara Africa since 1985. Seeing that rivers and lakeshores are the continent’s ribbons of life, she founded No Water No Life®. This nonprofit combines photography and science to publicize the vulnerability of the planet’s freshwater resources.
