A torn leaf that to me looked like a clothed shoulder with a cut in the fabric
Biography: Hi, I’m Jay, a wedding and commercial photographer (although portrait opportunities make me happy too).
Outside of client occasions I use my camera as a creative tool and 'play', giving my mind a chance to operate very much in the present moment. I tend to notice shapes, especially in big cities, but find myself seeking the simple even in a busy place. Observation of colour and light often lead me down an abstract path. And if I find myself at a beach I usually come away with images that speak of movement. Tried to stick to one genre but nope, can't do it ha ha.
