Wolf-Peter Steinheißer was born in 1965 in Sonneberg, a small town in the Franconian part of Thuringia, Germany. His passion for photography began early in life, inspired by his father, a dedicated amateur photographer. At the age of ten, he received his first camera – from then on, looking through the viewfinder became a way of life.
