My inspirations began after taking watercolor, art classes and a photography degree in college; the- study of Paul Klee and Wassily Kandinsky fascinated me. Could I create an abstract vision via photography? Slowly my technique evolved by pushing the envelope each time I photographed different objects; my goal was to change the subject into an abstract output to be recognized or not. Key is knowing when a project meets your criteria, completed final goals and the outcome is pleasing to my eye. This shoot was of Vintage Motorcycles. I was pleasantly surprised. The outcome is pleasing to my eye. Motorcycles have been a tradition in the United States for over 100 years,In 1898 Charles Metz’s company built an Orient-Aster using French engines. Some people argue the real beginning was around 1901 when the original “Indian” was the start of the authentic cycle was hitting the streets in Massachusetts
