Limestone deposits in a powerful line pattern forming a defined area

Born in 1974, I have been pursuing my art career for 3 years, following a transition from a 25-year career in Real estate and Finance. Although passionate about photography since childhood, my artistic journey took a more structured path when I studied art photography at the Academy for Visual Arts in Brasschaat (Belgium). Over time, I have built a strong artistic identity, exhibited her work internationally. My photographic work explores three themes: Altitude. Earth. Ocean, drawing inspiration from both organic forms and architectural aesthetics. Her artistic research focuses on how natural landscapes can be reinterpreted through light, composition and abstraction. She studies how natural elements change over time. I won already many awards in international competitions. Yet the most striking one is at XV Florence Biennale 2025 where I won the “Lorenzo iL Magnifico Award” First Prize Photography. A quote that resonates with my photography is: Henri Cartier-Bresson “It is an illusion that photos are made with the camera ... they are made with the eye, heart and head.”
