USA Nominee Nude Professional "Aslant" An oblique or slanted direction. I had never thought of myself as any kind of artist. I always felt I would be some kind of scientist. Late in high school I found the theater, and it was my first art. When I went to collage the photo lab was only 40 feet from the theater. Because I'm funny that way, I took the most advanced photo courses first, and then all the rest, just so I could sit around and pick Will Agar's brain. Somewhere sitting at a paint and developer spattered table in the art department talking to Will, something changed. Ever since then if you ask me what I do, I say "I'm a fine art photographer." |
