"Qwe girl"

A Qwe girl in Kimberly, The Northern Cape, South Africa. The Qwe people are from Angola and worked with the South African Defense Force during Apartheid South Africa's invasion of that country. When the South African defense Forces withdrew from Angola, they airlifted the Qwe to a South African defense Force base outside Kimberly where they have remianed ever since.
