USA Nominee Architectural Professional "Oriental 1" Karen Fuchs is a portrait, celebrity, and advertising photographer, who has been shooting internationally for the past 25 years. Exhibitions of her personal work include International Photography Festivals such as France�s 'Recontres Arles', and Spain�s 'Primavera Barcelona', group shows Aid Tibet' at Hamiltons/London, 'Gameface' at the Smithsonian Institute Washington DC, 'Friends' at Phillips New York, and most recently 'Unscripted' - a rare collection of images of Usain Bolt shot from 2004-2012 at Saatchi's London August 2012. Her passion, sense of style, and ability to deeply connect with her subjects are reflected in the vibrant imagery she creates. Her work has appeared on the covers of GQ, The Observer Life Magazine, The Guardian Magazine, and Sports Illustrated and has been featured in The Sunday Times Magazine, Elle, Cosmopolitan, Maxim, and FHM. She has shot advertising campaigns for Puma and Redbull, as well as CD covers for Island, Elektra, and Virgin Records. Having lived in 4 countries on 3 continents, Karen has been residing in the Tri State Area for the past eighteen years. |
