"The Flag"
This is a digital infrared image taken at a track meet in Massachusetts. All day long this giant American flag was waving over the meet and I was very shocked to see that it was being folded into a barrel at the end of the day. I was especially drawn to the eerie human shadow on the flag and how it was at a different angle than the boy handling the flag.
