Biography: A crash during a 2003 motorcycle race, left me with multiple complex injuries. As an artist, worst of all was losing use of my right hand. Luckily, my hand and other broken bits have made a partial recovery. Photography allows me creative access with fewer physical constraints. The camera is my key to a parallel world, a full-spectrum world alive, calling to be explored. I shoot with Pentax cameras modified for full-spectrum photography. Capturing the ultraviolet, visible & near-infrared spectrum is made possible by using wavelength lens filters. I find this inner illumination compelling.
