Spain Nominee Still Life Amateur "Ropes" PICTURE TAKEN IN BERLIN Photographer Artist. Barcelona. Spain Graduate in History of Art. My photographic work tries to explore new forms of artistic expression, both symbolic and photographic retouching. I like the experimentation and the reflection of the contents but also at a formal level I have made experimental works. Two lines of experimentation interest me: the formal one where the format of the photograph can be modified and presented to the public in a different way; and the theme where dreams and abstraction have a place in the shaping of images. I also have in mind other lines of exploration such as the fusion of photography with sculpture, with science, with music, etc ... with other artistic disciplines. My photographs navigate between tradition and contemporary, because I am interested in the two positions as an attitude towards artistic creation. |
