"Ice Storm"
Frozen silver feather maiden grass, taken shortly after an ice storm as it was melting.
Biography: Back when I was a kid in the 1970s, my father gave me a point and shoot camera and encouraged me to take black and white photographs. While I would shoot the occasional roll of film, it wasn’t until the early 2000s and the advent of digital that I came back to it more seriously.
For me, photography is a way to connect more closely with the world through observation.
