Biography: Uwe Ditz, born in Stuttgart, works as a self-employed art photographer since 1994. His photographs are highly authentic and oftentimes characterized by a smart scurrility & humor. Ditz portrays people like Til Schweiger, Ralf Rangnick, as well as international celebrities like Javier Bardem, Cate Blanchett & Clint Eastwood. His weightless and metaphysical 'Cloud Images' almost put him in the vicinity of painters like Caspar David Friedrich. His works can be found in the art collections of the Sony Museum Tokyo, the Quontic Bank New York, as well as Deutsche Bank & numerous private collections.
